Why use a disposable inbox?

Your real email address has become a unique ID. Every site you give it to stores it forever, sells it sometimes, leaks it eventually, and uses it to track you across the rest of the web. A disposable inbox lets you complete the one-off interaction without paying that long-term cost.

1. Reducing spam from one-off sign-ups
A site offers a free PDF, a recipe collection, a discount code in exchange for your email. You'll never want to hear from them again — but if you give them your real address, you will, for years. A disposable address gets you the download, then disappears. Your real inbox stays clean.
2. Limiting your exposure in data breaches
Any database holding your real email is a potential breach. Once your address ends up in one of the public breach corpuses, it gets included in credential-stuffing attacks, spam lists, and phishing campaigns forever. The fewer services hold your address, the smaller this surface gets. Disposable inboxes are one of the simplest ways to keep it small.
3. Reading newsletters without commitment

The same property that makes temp email useful — it's throwaway — makes it the wrong tool for anything that matters.
- Banking, brokerage, government services, healthcare, employer accounts, tax authorities. Losing the email recovery path on these accounts has real consequences.
- Two-factor authentication on accounts you care about. Even if the provider currently sends codes by email, the disposable inbox can disappear before you need it again.
- Cryptocurrency exchanges, payment processors, anything KYC-regulated. Most of them ban disposable domains anyway, and using one would be a TOS violation.
- Any service where you're paying money or expect long-term support. When the bill comes in two years and the temp inbox is long gone, you'll regret it.

١. تقليل الـ spam من التسجيلات لمرة واحدة

٣. قراءة النشرات البريدية دون التزام
